Thank you for you letter. it was quite a surprise. How are you? I hope you are enjoying life in Melbourne What's the weather like a today? Here is rain all the time.
Now that, I have just started class, I have a lot of homework to do also more things to learn. But I'm all right. Can't wait for the weekend! My husband asked about you a few times, maybe you should come and have lunch with us sometimes. My mum will cook something delicious if you decide to come and join our lunch in family.
Do you go to many parties? At the weekends I often go to parties at my friends houses. In the summer we have barbecues at the park. Not at the moment. There's too much rain!

2. Healthy heart recipe
Chicken, Fennel, Orange & Olive Pasta
Ingredients
- 250g wholemeal penne pasta
- 40g (2 tablespoons) Flora pro-activ Original / Buttery
- 500g skinless, trimmed chicken breast fillets, sliced
- 2 tablespoons no added salt tomato paste
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 6 spring onions, sliced finely
- 1 fennel bulb, sliced
- 1 orange, segmented
- 8 pitted black olives, halved
- ½ cup loosely packed coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Cook penne according to packet directions without adding any salt.
2. Heat Flora pro-activ in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Add tomato paste and orange juice; bring to the boil and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Stir in the onions.
3. Drain the pasta and mix in the fennel, orange segments and olives and serve with the chicken, sprinkled with coriander leaves.
